Every Petrae order ships with complimentary delivery across the UAE. No charge appears at checkout. No threshold to meet. No calculation to make.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.
Petrae currently delivers within the UAE only.
The Petrae Walk Trial
We don't ask you to decide before you take a walk.
Every Petrae set comes with a 7-day Walk Trial from the date of delivery. Put the set on your dog. Take a real walk. If anything isn't right — the fit, the color doesn't match the photos on social media or our website, the way the material feels against your dog — the product comes back and your money comes with it.

No photos required. No back-and-forth. No conditions. The refund is processed within 2 business days of us receiving the product.
What The Walk Covers
- The fit is not right for your dog
- The color does not match what you saw on the website or our social media platforms.
- The material does not feel the way we described it
- A piece is missing or incorrect on arrival
What It does not cover
The Walk Trial is designed to let you properly experience Petrae sets — not to extend unlimited use. Products returned with visible damage beyond normal first-wear assessment, or after the 7-day window, are not eligible for refund. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, message us. We'll give you a straight answer.
Size Exchanges
If the size isn't right, we'll swap it. Same process: one message, and we'll confirm the correct size before the exchange ships. Exchanges are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving the return.
